Business Development Manager

Primary Location: Hanoi

The role

This is a business development role with a strong commercial edge. You will be responsible for originating and shaping opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and guiding conversations around SAP transformation and managed services. The work starts well before a proposal is written — and often continues beyond the deal itself. You’ll need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, building trust quickly, and positioning value in complex environments.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and own a pipeline of qualified opportunities within the mid-market

  • Engage CIOs, CFOs, and business leaders in strategic conversations

  • Identify gaps between current SAP usage and business potential

  • Position tailored solutions around transformation and managed services

  • Lead the commercial process end-to-end, from origination to close

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure credibility and alignment

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in SAP-related business development or solution sales

  • A strong track record of originating deals — not just managing inbound

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels

  • Commercial maturity — you understand how value is created and communicated

  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in complex organizations

  • High level of ownership and self-direction

Working model

  • Hybrid setup, based in Hanoi
