Business Development Manager
Primary Location: Hanoi
The role
This is a business development role with a strong commercial edge. You will be responsible for originating and shaping opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and guiding conversations around SAP transformation and managed services. The work starts well before a proposal is written — and often continues beyond the deal itself. You’ll need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, building trust quickly, and positioning value in complex environments.
What you’ll do
Develop and own a pipeline of qualified opportunities within the mid-market
Engage CIOs, CFOs, and business leaders in strategic conversations
Identify gaps between current SAP usage and business potential
Position tailored solutions around transformation and managed services
Lead the commercial process end-to-end, from origination to close
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure credibility and alignment
What we’re looking for
Experience in SAP-related business development or solution sales
A strong track record of originating deals — not just managing inbound
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Commercial maturity — you understand how value is created and communicated
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in complex organizations
High level of ownership and self-direction
Working model
Hybrid setup, based in Hanoi
Travel required for client engagement and relationship building
Lean team, high visibility, direct impact
