Presales Manager
Primary Location: Hanoi.
The role
This is a presales role at its core, but closer to solution shaping than traditional support. You will work alongside business development to define opportunities, structure solutions, and guide clients toward the right approach — not just the expected one. That means asking better questions, challenging assumptions, and bringing a strong point of view. You’ll play a key role in translating ambiguity into a clear, executable direction.
What you’ll do
Partner with business development to qualify and shape opportunities early
Engage clients to understand both business context and system landscape
Design solution approaches across SAP transformation and managed services
Lead or contribute to workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions
Build clear, structured proposals that reflect real client needs
Ensure alignment between what is sold and what can be delivered
What we’re looking for
Strong background in SAP delivery, architecture, or presales
Ability to connect business objectives with system-level solutions
Experience shaping solutions in ambiguous or early-stage opportunities
Structured thinking — you can simplify complexity without oversimplifying
Confidence engaging both technical teams and senior stakeholders
High ownership and attention to detail
Working model
Hybrid setup, based in Hanoi
Travel required for client discussions and workshops
Close collaboration with both commercial and delivery teams
