Project Manager – ERP & IT

The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of client-facing ERP and IT projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, business analysts, developers and consultants to keep projects on track and deliver the outcomes agreed with the client. Our projects are typically delivered by teams of around 5–10 people. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can manage the project while also being comfortable getting into the details when needed, solving problems early and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
What you'll do
Own projects from initiation through delivery and handover.
Work directly with clients to understand objectives, priorities and expectations.
Build and maintain project plans, timelines and milestones.
Coordinate developers, business analysts, consultants and other project team members.
Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly.
Identify and resolve issues before they become bigger problems.
Manage scope, priorities, dependencies and delivery expectations.
Facilitate client workshops and project discussions when required.
Keep project work organized using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Ensure deliverables are properly completed, tested and handed over.
Help continuously improve how PAAR4 plans and delivers projects.
What we're looking for
3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP, software development, IT or digital transformation.
Experience managing projects from planning through delivery.
Experience coordinating development or technical teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A practical, organized and ownership-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
Professional working proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
Able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support.
Nice to have, but not required:
Experience with SAP or another major ERP platform.
Experience working with manufacturing, FDI or multinational companies.
Experience working with international project teams or clients.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or Agile certification.
What makes a great PAAR4 Project Manager?
We don't need someone who simply maintains a project plan and sends status reports. We're looking for someone who takes ownership — someone who spots problems early, keeps the team accountable, communicates honestly with clients and isn't afraid to get into the details when necessary. You should be comfortable talking to a client in the morning and working through a technical issue with developers in the afternoon. You won't be expected to figure everything out alone. You'll have support from PAAR4's leadership and experienced consultants as you grow into the role.
