Delivery Manager – ERP & Digital Transformation

The Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to help oversee and continuously improve PAAR4's project delivery. While Project Managers own individual projects, the Delivery Manager looks across the delivery organization — helping teams work effectively, supporting Project Managers, managing cross-project dependencies and ensuring that projects are delivered to a consistent standard. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be expected to understand what is happening on projects, step in when needed and help the team solve problems rather than simply report them.
What you'll do
Oversee delivery across multiple ERP, IT and digital transformation projects.
Support and mentor Project Managers and delivery team members.
Monitor overall project health, risks, dependencies and delivery quality.
Help allocate delivery resources across projects.
Identify delivery issues early and coordinate appropriate action.
Support escalations and complex client situations when required.
Establish practical project delivery standards and ways of working.
Work with PMs, BAs, developers and consultants to resolve cross-project issues.
Ensure appropriate quality and delivery controls are in place.
Support project planning, estimation and delivery approach for new engagements.
Work with leadership to improve delivery capacity as PAAR4 grows.
Help build a strong, collaborative delivery culture.
Continuously improve PAAR4's delivery processes, tools and practices.
What we're looking for
5–8+ years of experience in project delivery, project management, program management or a similar role.
Experience managing multiple IT, ERP, software or digital transformation projects.
Experience leading or mentoring Project Managers or technical delivery teams.
Strong understanding of project delivery, risks, dependencies and quality management.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Practical leadership style with a strong sense of ownership.
Comfortable getting into project details when necessary.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Professional working proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Nice to have:
SAP or ERP implementation experience.
Manufacturing or FDI project experience.
Experience working with international clients or teams.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or Agile certification.
Experience building delivery processes in a growing company.
