Business Analyst – ERP & Manufacturing Systems

The Role
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can work between business users and technical teams to make sure our solutions solve the right problems and work properly in practice. You'll be particularly involved in manufacturing systems such as MES, ERP, DMS, QMS and WMS. This role has two important sides: business analysis and quality assurance. You'll understand what users need, translate those needs into clear requirements for developers, and make sure the finished system works as intended. A key part of the role will be working directly with Vietnamese end users to understand their workflows, validate requirements and ensure that the MES and other systems we deliver are practical and clear for the people who use them.
What you'll do
Understand business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.
Work directly with Vietnamese end users to understand how they work and what they need from the system.
Analyze and document business processes, requirements and workflows.
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and resolve functional questions.
Review functional specifications and proposed solutions.
Prepare test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
Perform functional testing and QA/QC of system features.
Identify, document and follow up on defects and issues.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and support end users during UAT.
Validate that system functions and workflows reflect actual business requirements.
Review Vietnamese-language content, labels, messages and user-facing functionality to ensure they are clear and appropriate for local users.
Support implementation, training and system handover when required.
Help continuously improve the quality of PAAR4's solutions and delivery process.
What we're looking for
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, QA/Tester or similar role in ERP, software or manufacturing systems.
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
Experience working with technical/development teams.
Practical experience with functional testing and QA/QC.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with end users.
Professional working proficiency in Vietnamese is required.
Good working proficiency in English.
Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
Able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support.
Nice to have, but not required:
Experience with MES, ERP, DMS, QMS or WMS.
Manufacturing industry experience.
SAP or other major ERP experience.
Experience with UAT and software implementation projects.
Experience working with international teams or clients.
